We are currently not accepting new cases against Volkswagen. The ongoing legal proceedings are expected to be resolved in autumn. Under the new process, an individual expert report is required, which involves significant upfront costs.

We do not believe clients should have to advance these costs, especially given the strong existing evidence of the engine defect.
